BetterUp Direct: How do I edit my payment details?

Payment details may be updated at any time! 

To update your payment details, please follow these steps:

Instructions:

1. Navigate to your BetterUp account on a web browser
2. Click on your avatar on the bottom left corner of the page
3. Click Account
   
4. Click Subscription
5. Click Manage Subscription
6. Edit the payment details by adding a new card.
   • The new card will automatically become the default payment method. Please note, you may select the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of any other cards to either make them the default, or remove the card from your account.
