Upon cancellation:
- The system will ensure your next monthly subscription payment is not processed. You will maintain access to your account and remaining coaching sessions for the duration of the billing cycle.
- Access to your resources and assessment results will remain available
- Access to messaging or scheduling with your coach(es) will be removed
- We cannot guarantee the same coach will be available in the future

- Navigate to your BetterUp account on a web browser
- Click on your avatar on the top right corner of the page
- Click Account
- Click Subscription
- Click Manage
- Click Cancel
