A: You will be emailed an invoice and receipt for payment once you have subscribed to BetterUp. If you are unable to find an invoice, please reach out to our support team at support@betterup.com. We will be sure to send that to you for your records.
Q: Can I receive a monthly invoice with my company details?
A: You will be emailed an invoice after payment. There is no option to identify your employer from those invoices. We would like to clarify that BetterUp Direct is a program that is purchased by individuals which is why there isn't a field to identify the employer on the invoice.
